If you prefer to pay by personal cheque or postal order, please email or telephone with details of what you would like to purchase. Cheques made payable to 'Magickal Things', please. We will dispatch your item(s) once the cheque has cleared.
Dispatch Your order will be dispatched by First Class post within 48 hours of the order being placed. Please note that I often use recycled packaging for items - if you would prefer new packaging, please let me know when you order.
Refunds We realise that it's tricky buying jewellery without being able to touch it or try it on, so if you're not happy with your order, let us know; you have 10 days in which to return it and either get a refund or change it for something else.
