Jewellery Care Your jewellery is made to be worn, but be careful; it is fairly delicate. So don't let the cat swing from it/give it to the baby to play with/go potholing wearing it and so on...and don't wear it in the shower or swimming pool - the colour of the cotton and leather cords can run when wet.

Thai and Sterling silver benefits from a polish with a silver cloth every now and then - you can do this with silver plated pewter, too.

Polish gemstones with a soft cloth, but NEVER use detergents on them, especially the more delicate stones like Amber and Turquoise. Try to avoid spraying perfume, hairspray or deodorants on or near the stones.

Lampwork beads are annealed for strength and durability, but please remember; they are still glass and can break if you drop them on a hard surface - so don't!

It's all quite simple. Just use your common sense and treat your jewellery with care and it'll be fine!
