Hi, I’m Maia and I'm 11 years old. I started making handmade crystal and charm jewellery at a young age, turning my passion into a business called Aroha Jewels.

Aroha, which happens to be my middle name, means love in te reo Māori ("the Māori language"), and that’s exactly what goes into every piece of jewellery I create.

I donate 10% of my profit to The Smith Family Foundation, supporting disadvantaged children. The rest is reinvested into my business and put into my savings account for the future.
